You will need to have a PDF viewer such as the freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to be able to view and print this file. Click here for the brochure and fillable application form for the 2010 Contest (364 KB) UPDATE: There is an error in the 2010 Repertoire List for Level B: Beethoven's Three Country Dances are published in Music for Millions, Vol. 17 and Kuhnau's Aria is published in Music for Millions, Vol. 37, not the other way around. For your convenience, the application form can be filled in before printing. Just click your mouse in the appropriate fields and type away! You can use the Tab key to jump from one field to another. Check boxes can also be clicked on with the mouse. If your PDF viewing software does not provide the ability to save your input, you must print the completed form before exiting the application. Of course, you can always print out the blank form and fill it out the old-fashioned way too.
