Welcome! The Roberta Savler Piano Contest is an annual event sponsored by Chicago Area Music Teachers Association (CAMTA), a local chapter of the Music Teachers National Association (MTNA) and Illinois State Music Teachers Association (ISMTA). As one of the largest events of its kind, the Contest attracts around 100 students every year from the greater Chicago area. Students compete for trophies and a performance opportunity. Participating teachers do not have to be CAMTA members, but non-members must pay an additional per-student fee. The 28th Annual CAMTA Roberta Savler Piano Contest was held on Saturday, April 5, 2008 at Roosevelt University in Chicago. Click here for the results.
